Hi! My name is Rebecca. As a dedicated pelvic health therapist, I hold both a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University. My journey into pelvic floor therapy began during graduate school, where I witnessed firsthand its transformative impact on patients’ lives—helping them reclaim the activities they love. That experience ignited my passion for this specialized field.
I’m deeply committed to empowering individuals by educating them about the vital role the pelvic floor plays in overall well-being. My approach is holistic, blending evidence-based therapy with a strong mind-body connection. To complement my expertise, I’ve completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, which I weave into my practice to enhance healing and resilience.
With extensive experience in pelvic floor therapy, I am proud to be a board-certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner through Herman & Wallace. My training includes advanced coursework in bladder health, exercise, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, as well as bowel and sexual dysfunction. I bring this wealth of knowledge to every session, tailoring care to meet your unique needs.
I’m here to support you on your journey to better health—let’s work together to help you thrive!
